      我僅想在這議題上丟出我的看法。

例  You didn't ask for my two cents but I'll tell you anyway.
      雖然你沒問我的意見，但我還是要跟你說。

「my two cents」或是「my two cents's worth」的美國慣用語，是委婉客氣地說我的意見只值兩分錢（其實心裡的OS當然不只值兩分錢囉）。這個慣用語源於英國的慣用語「my two pennies(') worth」。
